Truck Wraps in Hamilton, Ontario

A work truck is seen by thousands of people a week — at job sites, in traffic, parked in driveways all over Hamilton. A wrapped truck turns every one of those trips into advertising. At Vehicle Graphix I wrap pickups, service trucks and box trucks for trades and service businesses: full wraps, partial wraps, and lettering, all handled with personal service from the first sketch to the final install.

Personal service, start to finish

When you call Vehicle Graphix, you deal with me — Mike — from the first conversation to the finished install. The person who talks through your design with you is the person who makes sure it goes on right. No hand-offs, nothing lost in between.

Ways to brand a truck

  • Full wraps — the whole truck becomes the message, paint protected underneath
  • Partial wraps — bed sides, doors and tailgate carry the design while some original paint stays in the picture; on a pickup, those are the panels everyone sees
  • Box trucks — the biggest flat canvas on the road; a wrapped box side reads like a billboard at a fraction of the cost of renting one
  • Lettering and decals — name, services and phone number in clean cut vinyl, for trucks that need to look professional without a full design

However far you take it, the layout is built for a truck: big type, readable at road speed, and nothing important lost to door handles, hinges or bed rails.

How a truck job runs

  1. Design. Send me your logo and tell me what the truck needs to say. Your first concept lands in about a week; revisions are unlimited — we keep tweaking until it’s right.
  2. Production. Once the design is approved, your graphics are printed, laminated and cut — about 3–5 days.
  3. Installation. Most trucks are installed within one to two weeks of design approval, production included, by certified 3M installers.

Materials that hold up

Printed work is done on 3M IJ180 vinyl with a gloss laminate — the material wrap buyers ask for by name. Lettering and decals are cut from vehicle-grade cast vinyl rated for 10 years outdoors — never sign vinyl. And every wrap carries a lifetime warranty: normal aging is expected, but your graphics shouldn’t fail. Small repairs are free while you’re a client.

When the truck is eventually sold or the lease ends, the vinyl removes cleanly within the first four years, so it goes back the way it came.
